I'm just starting out in private practice, should I still join?
Yes, this is a great place to start if you want to avoid making common mistakes and to really set you up with the knowledge you need. If you haven’t done so yet, I highly recommend you complete our free 10-day challenge.
Once you’ve completed this e-course, you can consider joining the Private Practice Activators. With this membership, you can work your way through even more recorded trainings and receive monthly training and coaching. It’s affordable, and most of us need this type of support throughout our careers.
What are the terms and conditions of the guarantee?
You can obtain a refund within 7 days of the course starting for any reason whatsoever. We’ve never had to issue a refund, but we do get that life sometimes just happens, and we’re here to support you the best we can. Upon emailing us, we’ll refund your payment minus a $20 admin fee.
Refunds must be requested within 7 days of the course starting. No refunds will be provided after the first 7 days.

How do the payment instalments work?
With the installment option, there are three equal payments of $549 USD. Here’s when they’re due:
- The first installment is paid at the time of registration
- The second installment is due by Friday of week 1
- The third installment is due by Friday of week 3
- The final installment is due by Friday of week 5
GST is added to each installment for Australian residents.
What if I don't like Facebook?
The course is designed so you don’t have to access Facebook. All of the lesson modules/trainings are accessed via the member portal on this website and you can work at your own pace. You also have long-term access to the course. Our weekly live coaching calls also occur off Facebook. In addition, people pre-submit their questions for coaching calls, so you don’t have to be present at the time for those either. They’re all recorded and go up onto the membership area of this site.
It’s not essential for you to be a Facebook user, but it’s a valuable additional experience for the people in this program. Your cohort’s group on Facebook, is a community of amazing people, coming together to support each other. We’d love for you to be part of that.
We’ve trialed other online group solutions. Facebook continues to be the best currently. For many health and wellness practitioners – this is where they’re clients hangout, so that’s why they’re there.
What if I can't be available for the live coaching sessions?
It’s all good. Our coaching sessions are recorded and are typically up on the members’ portal the day after. You have to opportunity to submit questions prior to the session, and 99 times out of 100 your question will be answered. You won’t miss out.
I don't think I'm tech savvy, should I be trying to grow an online business?
I think so. I’ve seen people who call themselves ‘computer illiterate’ develop their own website in about a week. All of our training is designed to be action orientated and our community will support you and help you get through any techie stuff. If you’re knowledgeable about your field, and can offer your clients real value, you’ll be fine.
